Sooooo, worse case scenario did actually happen. My cyilinder 4 piston broke destroying the cylinder wall. Head gasket was also blown.
Picked up another ej20g short block though so now to order...

John Paytner, Actually I plan on rebuilding the motor with Forged internals. Just waiting for the money to do it.

Wont be changing anything tuning related right now anyways. Not sure what the previous owner used for coolant. Condition seemed okay.. Ill let you guys know what happens.

From the tests that were done a bad head gasket has been the culprit. Will be getting it fixed by a fellow in Halifax in the coming weeks. :)

Well the motor finally went I'm pretty sure. Terrible idle, vacumm in boucing around like it lost compression too. Hunts for idle like crazy. Also lots of gases from the oil filler.. rebuild time it...
