Looking for Estima hybrid mechanic

I've got a problem on my Estima. U0123, U0124, U0126 at the same time. Anyone can help?

Sorry to hear about these issues. I was lucky enough on my GS450h to find a Toyota mechanic when my pack was bad and they've since retired.
One place I have used for various issues in the past is Speed Syndicate, they are not afraid of working on any JDMs, including hybrids and I know they've rebuilt different Toyota/Lexus battery packs.

I haven't looked up your codes but if they are hybrid related, it is likely the battery pack has some bad cells. Before going further, I would try and source several good used ones so they can be swapped out, or if you can find a whole used pack and take out the good cells.
