I am currently getting a P0022 which is "Camshaft Position A - Timing Over-Retarded Bank 2". Other symptoms are rough running, some hesitation/buzzing at low RPMs that slowly is getting worse and creeping to higher RPMs and less fuel economy. My first thought was maybe OCV and the mechanic thinks so. I decided it is easier to troubleshoot by replacing both valves on bank 2 (the left side).

The car has a total of 4 OCVs and 3 are identical and 1 is different.

This car is odd in that it has 3 identical VVTi Valve's

The part is as follows (quantity 3):
15330-31020

2 of these go entirely on the right side of the car. Then the third goes on the left side of the car (I believe on the intake side).

The 4th single OCV Part # (quantity 1):
15340-31020

Again on the left side bank I am not sure which of the two different ones goes where but I believe the unique one goes on the exhaust side (which would be the left most sensor) and 1 of the 3 above goes on the intake side.
