yeah thats why i would go with the bi-zenons i put in my bike, they had a sheild over the top of the bulb that supplies a cut off for the light and switch to high beams and a slide retracts and allows the light to go a little higher

Chiming in. Bixenons + fluted glass:
The cutoff isn't razor sharp, but obviously better than any reflector headlight will achieve. From the outside, there isn't any visible scatter to speak of above the cutoff.
If anyone is interested, the in cab dome light build is the same as an SVX. Brought mine in to NAPA and the fellow measured it up and grabbed me a new one.
Does anyone know about the bulb in the trunk?
