What is the difference between the JDM and USDM Nissan R35 GT-R?

I'm too lazy to really dig into it but as far as I know the USDM side isn't going to be sacrificing much if anything compared to the JDM.

Please flame and correct me if I'm wrong about this because I'll admit I've done no research on the differences
