As a general rule I suggest importers search for "customs broker (your city)", speaking with several companies and selecting the service that best meets your requirements.
In the case of Australian importers this could be "customs broker Brisbane", "customs broker Sydney", "customs broker Melbourne" etc. In the case of vehicles that are not being complied in your home city you may want to have the vehicle shipped to the international port nearest to the compliance workshop and engage a customs broker located in that city. While Australian customs brokers can theoretically clear any shipment in Australia in practice local customs brokers will have often have personal contacts for biological security issues, logistics, storage etc. which can be useful.

Hey Tsuschiyama, that is good advice in general for finding brokers. I am hoping at some point one of our Australian members can give some more detailed info on the process. I know Australia is a lot more difficult than Canada and many other parts of the world for compliance.

The regulations and procedures for importing vehicles into Australia have been constantly changing since we started exporting in the 1990's. Japan based exporters can be a valuable source of advice for Japan exporting costs and procedures. However, the only people qualified to offer importing advice are those people and companies based in Australia who are doing it every day. I'll put some fresh resources here but these are likely to become out of date over time.

PACKAGED SERVICE PROVIDERS
With the increasing complexity of importing vehicles to Australia - particularly with regard to biological security - packaged service providers have started to provide a service from their depot in Japan through to delivery of the vehicle in Australia. Generally this does not include the compliance process under RAWS which would take place after the vehicle has cleared Australian Customs.
