    Finally got my Pajero inspected and registered, it runs really nice, installed a new set of tires, just needs a cleanup.
    When registering the insurance agent included the duty and excise tax in the value of the car and charged me 7% tax on the total, that really pissed me off.
    Did this happened to any one of you, wtf???

    wow. That looks very nice. I would certainly love to have one of these someday. I'm not totally sure about the tax, but I believe that is correct.

    Yep thats what they do..

    I call it Double dipping since you already paid Tax's at Customs..

    No wonder a lot of people cheat on their taxes.

    They do enjoy screwing you in the BC, hey someone has gotta pay for the Olympics might as well be innocent RHD owners, total freaking BS.

    Anyone here with a Pajero or a Delica?
    I am looking for info on how much oil in the gearbox, transfer case, front and rear end.
    Planning to change all to synthetic, exept the engine.

    Looks like you have the 2.8L 4M40 motor.
    Here is a link to a load of info including the factory engine manual;

    If these don't help, below are the capacity for the 2.5L 4d56;

    - Fuel Tank: V-24 SWB = 75L V-44 LWB = 92L
    - Engine Oil: Approx. 6.7L (includes 0.8L in filter and 0.4L in oil cooler)
    - Manual Transmission Oil: 2.2L to 2.5L Mitsubishi Multi Gear Oil SAE75w/85W (GL-4)
    - Automatic Transmission: Approx. 7.5L ATF-SP
    - Transfer Oil: Approx. 2.3L Mitsubishi Multi Gear Oil SAE75w/85W (GL-4)
    - Diff. Oil: Front = Approx. 1.2L Rear = Approx. 1.6 to 2.6 depending on model
    Mitsubishi Gear Oil SAE90 (above 10C), SAE80, SAE80W(below 10C)
    - LSD Oil: 1.8L to 2.6L depending on model Mitsubishi LSD Gear Oil
    - Brake Fluid: As required Mitsubishi Brake Fluid Super 4
    - Clutch Fluid: As required Mitsubishi Brake Fluid DOT 3 or Super 4
