Is there anyone that can do a Japanese Export Certificate translation?

I bought a vehicle from a dealer in Japan and was promised that they would provide an english copy of the de-regrestration export certificate. Well nope not the case, they are too lazy.

The original japanese one is mostly japanese with little english in it, and as you know here we need a second copy that is briefly translated in english... for customs and when registering.


I scanned an old translated one I had and cleared it out with photoshop just left the titles. It just simply needs to be filled in with info from the japanese certificate. Unless someone already has a template ready to go.

If there is anyone that can do this for me that would be really helpful as I need it.
