Sorry I can't give you anything specific to diesel but I'm sure it would be the standard things like a bad/dead/plugged cat, bad/dead O2 Sensor etc....
Have you already taken it through AirCare?
Yes I went and failed the aircare, but since removed and blanked off the EGR valve.
The car is running a lot better, so I will try again soon.
