So... it's been quite a while since I switched out my cars. The Legnum was a good start, but it's time for something new. My cresta accident left a big hole in my heart haha, so it was time to do something else about that. Pearl white.. how could I say no?
Picked up a JZX105, with
-taller suspension than the 100 (yech)
-4wd
-15" wheels
-no skirting/looks improvements
-plain/old man interior
hmm, this isn't sounding so good is it? haha! I can't wait. I'm hoping to transform it from "Japanese Cop Car" and "Old Man, who has given up on the world, car" to a sleek street beast. A slick street beast with parking sticks..
It's got the 1JZ-GE engine, no turbo, but VVTi peaks torque at 4000rpm, and 200hp
What it needs, as far as I can tell, and I hope to do this come spring:
Low - needs struts/springs or coilovers. This model is 15cm higher than the tourer haha!
Wheels
Black tint
exhaust
small skirting/lip (not the huge drift kits!)
spoiler for the top of the rear window
and maybe a couple other treats...
Here are some pics of my Toyota Cresta Super Lucent Four JZX105
Okay gentlemen, start your slagging! I'll have this at the end of October I guess.
Big thanks to Derek at Pacific Coast Auto for hooking me up yet again with a crazy non-subaru (many of you didn't even know there were other makes... but there are my friends, there are)
