    Default 1997 Accord EXL

    Hi guys,

Some background, this was bought brand new in 1997 by my parents and was handed down to me so I now take care of it. Was my dad's daily to work, short commute, so it has low miles (~62k).

Here it was bone stock, USDM-spec.

    Then simply minor tweaks.

    Engine:
    -F22B1 SOHC VTEC auto @ 62k mi
    (145 hp, 147 lb-ft tq)
-Magnaflow 14832 muffler on 2.25" stainless steel exhaust piping

    Exterior:
    -JDM DEPO blackhousing headlights
-JDM Stanley side markers (not installed)
    -JDM optional turn signals
    -94/95 Accord OEM grill
    -rear signal amber delete

    Handling
    -Stock suspension now
-Tein S-Tech springs on KYB GR2 struts (sold)

    Interior:
    -Kenwood deck w/aux jack
-Acura CL leather auto shift knob (removed)

My plans are to keep it longer and do a stock 2.2 VTS/SiR exterior conversion at least (ie - matched grill, black window trim, side markers, yellow fogs).

Looks good. I think so newer Honda rims would set it off just the right amount.

great looking accord. looks minty. I agree w. Greg. Some rims would bring out the car nicly. maybe even a spoiler.

thanks guys. the wheel choice is limited to 4x114 lug pattern and the only Honda wheels that would fit are 90s Accord, Prelude, and Acura CL rims. but, yeah definitely could use some better looking wheels, that's for sure.
