Looking good Augustine, do you think you'll be back in BC later this year or next year so I can finally see this beast in person? Just FYI about the Mobil1 is that it's not a true synthetic and at least with Subaru's has a very bad reputation when sent for analysis (just putting it out there to protect your EVO!).

The evolution v on the trunk looks good.
Thanks a lot! I got the emblem from Ebay and put it on myself. It gives the car a nice European look

I'll be back in BC for Christmas for sure but I don;t see myself bringing the car back anytime soon.. I will advise If I do though!!

I didn't know Mobil 1 wasn't a true synthetic.. I hear a lot of people use this in their Evo's with no problems. The Mitsu Dealer that worked on the car before I owned it had Mobil 1 in there as well. I'll look into it though, thanks for the heads up

Update! Sorry for all of the late posts, been busy lately with flying.

I got a few old parts off an Evo 8 and refinished them along with some of my own fabrication to meke the engine bay look and sound better!

    Here's a before:

Here's an old intake pipe that I refinished:

Here's the battery tray I made, with Ironchief's help:

    And here's an after shot:

It's got an aggressive suction sound now and sounds like a Rally Spec car with the blow-off sounds and turbo spool!!
