headlights for ER34

what are you guys using to swap oem headlights for DOT (or E) ones?
p.s. sticky tread is for older models

still waiting for replies =o)
one thing i found out today that one can remove them (even hid ones w/ballasts)
without removing bumper. just loosen it a bit and that's all it takes =o)
