Buying complete car in Canada then cut it up to ship as parts to USA??

Hello everyone I have a question. I really want a Lancer Evolution 4/5/6, one of the above. Anyways they're illegal to own in the states so what a majority of people here do is buy all of the pieces and then instal them on mirage chassis which is completely legal, stupid but the only legal way to own an "Evo 4/5/6". So I found a company that states that can get a complete Evo 4/5 for $6k-$8k in Canada. Would it be possible for me to purchase the car, have it dismantled and cut in half and then ship all the parts to me?? Does this sound possible at all. I know it sounds extreme but it's the only way I can think to get all of the parts necessary in one try for a conversion

Aren't you better off cutting out lots of middlemen and buy direct from Japan from a company that exports as well as have a licensed dismantling shop?
We can do that for you as an exporter AND a licensed dismantling shop...We have done this project once before on a Skyline.

Thanks very much for the link, now that car is a perfect example, could I buy it, cut it up/ dismantle it and bring it across the border as parts
