    Default Colby's Evo VI

    Hey guys.

So a couple weeks ago I posted looking for winter proofing tips for an Evo VI...

Well after a few unsuccessful bids, I've finally landed one, and I couldn't be happier. I just won it this morning, so yes, I know I'm jumping the gun a little bit with the pictures, but if anyone is interested I'll certainly upload more as soon as the importer sends them to me. Right now, only the auction pictures are available.
It's an auction grade 3.5B with 63,000 on the clock.
    Here they are:

Congratulations, nice color on that Evo!

Did the previous owner mod it?

The inspection only noted the aftermarket muffler, shift knob, wheels, headlights and the boost meter. So I guess I'll find out when i get a pic of the engine bay or when it lands here in a month or so.
God that seems so long away...

That's nice, sometimes too many mods aren't a good thing.

For me, it felt like an eternity, and it was only a 3 week wait.

Yeah I don't need a 500HP monster, I'm planning some tasteful mods depending on what it has.
Strut braces, full exhaust from the headers right to the tail (depending on what's there), full timing belt/water pump and pullies change, and maybe some HKS 272 cams when I can afford them.

Do you plan to get it detailed once you've gotten your hands on it? I bet that color will be beautiful once it's been shined up.

How much is everything going to cost you once everything is done (if you don't mind saying)?

Ya I'm going to buff it and wax it as soon as i get it back home.
Do you mean total cleared customs the vehicle? or those upgrades later down the road?

The colour is actually what I fell in love with from a picture from when the car was previously auctioned. (I bought it the second time around in auction)
It shines brilliantly in this picture

I really like that color. I saw there is one in the Halifax area for sale same color but haven't seen the car in person.
    93 GC8A 5spd Graphite Gray Pearl! (SOLD)
    04 SG5 Manual Forester XT
    97 JZX100 5spd Toyota Chaser Tourer V!

    Total cleared customs/registered.

And I think I like your color more than mine (black).
