Looking for help reading a Japanese inspection report

Hey guys, it's a longshot. But hoping someone on here is from Japan or can read/speak fluent Japanese. I am considering purchasing a 96 WRX STI version 3 from japan. I will be the first owner and it's already been imported, inspected, and waiting for me to pick it up. I put a down deposit already , and providing the third party pre purchase mechanical/compression tests go smoothly, i'l be driving it home tuesday. One part I'm having real trouble with is finding someone to translate the information on the inspection report sheet. I grasp the basics of exterior grade, interior, dents and scratches diagram, and km info ect. All im really interested in is the Inspectors notes on the bottom left hand corner.

If anyone could translate this for me, I would be very much appreciated, as I have spent over 2 hours and have exhausted every possible option on my end. Turning to the internet now.
