Another item I installed was the RS fast rack. The rack was in good shape and is also made by Koyo. It has new inner and outer tie rod ends and should really help in the corners. I believe its faster by about 1/3rd of a turn. This rack is also known as a "non srs" rack.
While I had the sub frame out of the car I decided to re-do a cage nut repair I did last year but this time using a stock cage nut cut out of a second chassis I had.
I also pulled and rebuilt the transfer case using the updated torsion lsd that I modified over the winter.
The transfer case went in and out fairly easy although I made a simple threaded hook to pull the axle stubs out.

I also installed the poly bushings in the north/south bar and cleaned and painted the bar as It was rusting a bit....
The car is presently all buckled up and ready for an alignment...
