Recurrent message displayed by Mitsubishi Outlander 2005

Hi there!

I need some help. I have a Mitsubishi Outlander 2005. And it is repeatedly diplaying a message consisting of a wrench and a text in japanese. Thought it needed servicing, did it! But it keeps dispaying the message, first when you open doors and also when your start the engin (as per pics here attached). I need to know the meaning of this recurrent message. Can someone help?

Second photo says Period Check which mains vehicle needs service.
