Need headlights for 2001 Legacy GT-B

I've imported a 2001 Subaru Legacy GT-B to Canada and I was told that I needed new headlights that conform to Canadian regulations. I've seen a bunch for sale on Ebay but not sure how trustworthy they are. Does anyone have a source for good used Subaru parts?

Hi there sorry I know this is very late not sure if you've already got the car but that is not correct at all. These cars (I had one myself) have E-Code and are passable as is. It's just that a lot of shops don't know or some try to make more money by having you change parts that don't need to be changed.
