Hi all!

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an active member of the Vancouver Impreza Club on NASIOC.com and a current '06 Impreza owner. I do have a deep desire to own an imported V3 STi in the near future however, so I thought I would join the group here.

When it comes to learning about JDM Impreza I feel like I'm a n00b, Subaru has kept the early models mysterious enough that you'll always find conflicting info and exceptions to what you thought you knew lol

Haha thanks, yeah I'm a Mod on NASIOC...but this place is different, so I'm a n00b. My JDM expertise in Subarus is limited right now, but my other Subaru knowledge is pretty sound

The only thing JDM about my '06 Impreza are the tails and hazard button!

You'll find a lot of your knowledge transfers over, and so do a lot of parts. That's one thing I love about Subaru, I don't think any other manufacturer has parts that are so interchangeable between different body styles and engines.

jdmvip, have you got any recommendations for importers for me? I want to keep my hands clean of importing a V3 STi lol

I want to find someone to source me the car, import it, get it inspected, etc. and all I have to do is pay them when I get the car
