SF5 98 JDM Pinout

Hello all,
I have a SF5 98 JDM engine I bought installed on my VW Bus. I installed the MAF sensor but engines tries to dies if I rev the engine. I am not sure if I am missing MAP and boost control and currently car only moves with MAF disconnected which runs on limp mode.

1) Anyone have a diagram and ecu pinout

3) Any scanner tool I can use to read error codes from ECU.

All links I have found on google seem like dead posts.

Hmmm I am not sure but we may have some useful stuff on http://files.jdmvip.com at least for similar models.
