Driving Lights

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. The driving lights on my Forester do not work. I have a few idea's just hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am leaning to the relay , the switch has power. The other idea's are fuse or bulbs in the driving light lenses themselves. Both are out. Any help would be great. Thanks. Also sorry if in wrong section but the parking bulbs in the headlight assembly are they W5W's , thanks again.

Found it. just had to open my eyes and look at the turn signal stalk.
