Default Importing a BP5 - things to consider?

    Hi All,

I'm excited to be importing my second Legacy. I'm bringing over a 2004 GT spec B Wagon, to replace my trusty 1998 GT-B Wagon.

I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for once I received the new wagon. I'm already planning on replacing the headlight assemblies, wiring up DRLs (with help from the great thread here) and putting on some new tires. This should hopefully get me passed provincial inspection and on the road, right?

I'll also be looking at putting in a new stereo (double-DIN probably), maybe get some roof racks, and take care of some general maintenance items (fluids, new battery, wiper blades, etc.).

Any thoughts and tips are appreciated. Thanks!

I would do coil packs, spark plugs, fuel and air filter. Check when the timing belt was last changed as well. Congratz on your Legacy! Please post up pictures when you receive it
