Our experience as a community was not good and makes me not recommend them after they did a chargeback on their Sponsorship with us. My experience again with foreigners in Japan is consistently untrustworthy and they are no exception. This also goes as part of my recommendations that in particular most Canadians and foreigners in Japan who run Export companies in Japan have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and in many cases only joined our forums to cheat our members and enrich themselves.

If they would treat our community this way, how would they treat an individual buyer?

I never have had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle.
When did this 'chargeback on their Sponsorship with us' occur?
It sounds as if you weren't purchasing a vehicle.
Is that correct?

Hi there, I assume you a customer or related to Japan Car Direct? My earlier post is very clear on what the issue was and a common problem of dishonesty with many foreigners, especially Canadians in Japan.
