Is there a DIY freeze plug or block heater for the subaru wrx ej20k?

GC8rex did a write up on his forester. As I recall when I did mine you need the following:
14mm hex key for a 1/2" drive socket
34mm socket
Minimum 6" extension for socket

The freeze plug is on the passenger (left) side of the motor. Empty your coolant first or prepare to get a little wet. Pm me if you would like some more details.
